1. CAN I BUY AN ARTICLE THAT IS NOT ON THE SITE ANYMORE?
No. If the article was removed from the shop, it’s not possible to buy it anymore. Its possible that an article was removed from the shop according to a season / collections changes.
2. AM I OBLIGATED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP ONLINE?
No you could shop as a Guest.
3. HOW CAN I REMOVE AN ARTICLE FROM MY SHOPPING CART?
You can remove any unwanted article at any time simply by clicking the “Remove from cart” link located on the left of the item in your shopping cart.
4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Credit Card Only (Visa and MasterCard Only)
5. HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ALREADY SENT ORDER?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the order number and the modifications you want to make or the reason for cancellation and it will be our pleasure to process your request.
6. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY WAINTING TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Please allow between 3 and 5 working days for delivery to be processed.
7. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
No. For the moment, Oxygen Collections ships only to Canada. In 2023 selling and shipping territory will be expanded to include the US.
8. CAN YOU DELIVER THE ARTICLES OF THE SAME ORDER TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
No. For now, it is not possible to make multiple shipments to different addresses for one order.
9. CAN I BUY ITEMS ONLINE AND PICK UP THE ORDER MYSELF AT THE OXYGEN’S WAREHOUSE?
Yes. Its possible for you to come and pick up your order at the Oxygen Collections warehouses. Simply write an email that you are going to do so in the comment box located in the “My shopping cart” Page. Please specify the date and time of your arrival at Oxygen Collections Office. (Working days and hours only)
10. CAN I BE REFUNDED AT OXYGEN’S OFFICE FOR AN ORDER MADE ONLINE?
Yes. Simply send an email at email@example.com specifying the confirmation number for your cancelled order. Oxygen Collections will then contact you to give you more information’s on the refund process.
11. IF THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUITABLE, HOW DO I PROCEED?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you are not satisfied and we will contact you to process your request.
12. WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FOR MY REFUND?
Yes. The Oxygen Collections Online Shop will send you email confirmation for any order you cancel. The refund will be processed by Oxygen Collections office, which will communicate with you to give you more information’s on the refund process.
13. RETURNS POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your purchase FREE of charge.
The product must not be worn, used or washed.
Original price labels must always be attached to the product.
Web-exclusive items can only be returned online.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, as are shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on size,
weight and destination.
